Cedar North at J2 Farm is a means to enrich the land and community. We are dedicated to providing space and time to stay in comfort, explore the world around us and our connection and cooperation with life itself.

We are a growing community of folks with interest in art, design, regenerative agriculture, the natural environment, and quality food. It is said that cuisine emerges from the landscape, and while simulated meat can be grown industrially, will the kitchen alchemists turn it into a fine prosciutto? Our goal is to partner with the land and local community to bring forth the elements of a fantastic, nourishing cuisine while leaving the place better than we found it.
